ATRIUMSERVICE GROUP
Custom Solutions for Modern Enterprises
One contract. One number to call. Strategy, AI, custom projects, and procurement delivered as a single engagement.
Pick the closest one and we'll point you to the right place.
The company has grown faster than the way it runs, and AI is changing what the right setup looks like. We go through the numbers, the workflows and the roles, and come back with a short list of what to fix first.
Business StrategyYou suspect AI should be saving your team time somewhere. In two weeks we find where, build the first working piece, and hand you a plan for the rest.
AI ImplementationA reception desk, built-ins, a bar, a one-off table. We turn the idea into concept drawings and a real budget, then manage the build and installation through trusted partner shops.
Custom Projects & DesignOffices, restaurants, hotel rooms and clinics. We source the furniture, fixtures and equipment, place the orders, track the freight, and stay on it until everything is installed.
ProcurementThat describes most first calls. Tell us what's going on and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

What we do
Two of them work on the business: strategy and AI. Two of them work on the space: custom projects and procurement. Most clients hire one service, or the pair it belongs with.
For owner-led companies that have outgrown the way they run. We look at the numbers, the operation and the people, with AI built into the plan from day one.

Why strategy and AI go together
A few years ago, a strategy engagement meant pricing, org charts and a growth plan. Those still matter. What's different is that AI now changes how much a small team can handle, which roles a company needs, and how fast quoting, reporting and follow-up can happen.
So we don't treat AI as a separate project that starts after the plan is done. The plan accounts for it from the first conversation, and the first AI tools get built while the decisions are fresh.
Four ways to start
Set scope, set price, bought online. Larger work is scoped and priced once you know what you want.
01 · Business Strategy
An honest read on the business, including where AI changes how it should run, and a prioritized plan.
02 · AI Implementation
Find where AI saves your team time, get the first tool built, and leave with a roadmap.
03 · Custom Projects & Design
Concept drawings and a real budget for the piece you have in mind, before anything is built.
04 · Procurement
A focused sprint to specify, source and order the furniture for one room or one category.
Any software, API or hosting costs are billed to you directly, and we tell you what they are before anything is bought.
How the four fit
You hire the half you need. Nobody has to buy the other one, and we don't pretend the two always belong on the same invoice.
The business
Strategy sets the direction and AI carries out the parts a machine should handle. They are usually bought together, because the plan is what decides where AI belongs.
Hired on their own by owners who never touch the other half.
The space
Custom work and procurement run on the same schedule and the same site. Split them across separate vendors and the handoffs become your problem.
One firm answers for the drawings, the freight and the punch list.
Some projects do cross the line. An office relocation can need new furniture, a reception desk built to fit the lobby, and systems that work on day one. When that happens it stays under one contract, one schedule and one point of contact. When it doesn't, we stay in our lane and get on with the work you hired us for.
How it works
Every project is priced to its scope. You see the scope and the number in writing before anything starts.
A call or an email. We ask a lot of questions: what's happening, what it's costing you, and what finished looks like.
Scope, exclusions, deliverables, schedule and price, in plain language. If we're the wrong fit, we'll say so and suggest someone better.
One point of contact for the whole job. You get regular updates, and any change to scope is written down and approved first.
We check what was delivered against what was promised, then come back after you've lived with it for a while.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are in the Carolinas, Georgia and Tennessee.
The owner is still close to the work, and the business has outgrown the way it was set up. It usually shows up as slow quoting, hours of manual reporting, or decisions that all wait on one person.
AI ImplementationRefreshes, relocations and build-outs where the furniture, the reception area and the millwork all have to be ready on the same day.
ProcurementNew builds and refreshes where every room or location has to match and the opening date doesn't move.
ProcurementQuestions
Four things, in two groups. Business strategy and AI implementation work on how a company runs. Custom projects and design and FF&E procurement work on the space and what goes in it. Most clients hire one service, or the pair it belongs with.
No. A strategy client is not expected to order furniture, and a procurement client is not sold software. You hire what you need. If a project genuinely needs two services, we'll say so and put both in one proposal.
We're based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and take projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Strategy and AI work can happen remotely.
Each service has one productized first step with its price listed on the site: the Strategic Diagnostic, the AI Quickstart, Custom Project Scoping and the FF&E Procurement Sprint. Anything larger is priced to the scope, and you get the number in writing before work starts.
No. Atrium is not a licensed general contractor and doesn't take on GC work. When a project needs one, we work alongside yours.
Your data is always yours. Atrium owns the code behind the software we build and you use it under your agreement with us. Any subscriptions or hosting are set up in your company's name and billed to you directly, with the cost shared in writing first.
We use business-grade AI services that don't train on your data, sign an NDA before anything sensitive is shared, and keep a person on your team reviewing anything important before it's used. CPA, legal and healthcare clients get a written set of safeguards.
Fill out the project form, send an email, or call (919) 307-5724. The form takes about three minutes and gives us enough to make the first conversation useful.
